Standard First Aid with Level C CPR and AED

Course Duration: 16 Hours (2 Days)

Recertification: 8 Hours

Certification Period: 3 Years

Normally a two-day programmed course for those who need more than basic first aid knowledge and skills. This is the level of training required by most government Health and Safety provider and Health Care industry.

One and Two Rescuer CPR: Adult,Child,Infant

Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

Cardiovascular Emergencies: Heart Attack, Angina, Stroke and Transient Ischemic Attack(TIA)

Bites and Stings. 

Musculoskeletal Injuries: Fracture(Open & Close),Sprains,Strains,Dislocations

Head,Neck and Spinal Injuries

Chest and Abdominal Injuries

Certification Period: 3 Years

A one-day programmed course for those who need basic first aid knowledge and skills. This course meets Ontario’s WSIB requirements for workplace First Aid and the Canada Labour Code’s basic First Aid requirements.

Certification Period: Annual Recertification Recommended

A comprehensive CPR course for the professional rescuer, first responder, police, fire and ambulance. Prerequisite for most college and university medical programs and employment in emergency services.

This course is tailored to meet the most stringent CPR standards targeted to specific groups such as Healthcare Providers (physicians, nurses, paramedics, etc.)

This course teaches participants how to maintain the patient’s airway and advanced airway techniques.

Duration: Half Day (four hours)

Certification: Valid for two years

Scene Management and Primary Assessment

Anatomy and Physiology

Use of Bag Valve Mask (BVM), pocket mask, face shield and non-rebreathing mask

Use of supplemental oxygen in a first aid environment

Changing and storing oxygen cylinders

V-Vac suction

Artificial Respiration (rescue breathing)

Assisted Respiration

Complications of oxygen administration

Paediatric oxygen administration​
